Meet Meghan,
Holistic Foundational Wellness Practitioner & Certified Herbalist
Meghan's approach to wellness begins with a simple belief: how we live matters.
She considers what is happening within the body alongside the state of the nervous system, long-held patterns and beliefs, daily habits, relationships, environment, and the way a person interacts with the world around them. From there, she helps clients identify what may be keeping them stuck and create meaningful, sustainable changes through nutrition, herbal medicine, nervous-system support, movement, sleep, lifestyle and intentional daily practices. Her philosophy is simple: lasting wellness isn’t only about what we do for our bodies—it’s also about how we live our lives.
Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation or immediately building an extensive supplement protocol, she works with clients to understand the larger landscape of their health. Together, they explore nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and nervous-system regulation alongside the patterns, routines, relationships and everyday environments that may be influencing how they feel.
The goal is not perfection. It is to identify what is keeping the body and mind stuck, strengthen the foundations that support health, and create meaningful changes that are realistic enough to become part of everyday life. Her work may incorporate nutrition, botanical medicine and targeted supplementation alongside nervous-system practices, lifestyle strategies and tools designed to help clients recognize and shift long-standing patterns.
Meghan completed a four-year, full-time naturopathic medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a Certified Herbalist and has more than 12 years of experience in holistic wellness.
