This class is designed to improve full-body strength and functional fitness for individuals aged 55 and older. It combines strength training with functional exercises to help maintain muscle strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall health. Expertly coached by Robyn with a focus on safe and effective exercises, with modifications available to accommodate various fitness levels.

Where Spin meets Boot Camp! You can expect to be on the bike for a 25 minute ride and finish the last 20 minutes with boot camp style strength exercises targeting upper body, core and lower body.
